Keep thinking about an ISD presentation Monday which shared one of the best ways we can promote mental health/mindfulness for our kiddos is to model using these skills ourselves. LOVE the idea of “sharing your calm” and how perfectly it ties with the #WO #BePresent theme🖤🤍

So moved by the conversations language students have had this week about veterans and how to honor them in our everyday lives. I work with some beautiful little souls at Lakeshore Elementary!

Today Lakeshore Elementary students celebrate International Day of Persons w/ Disabilities. Our day has been filled w/ learning, love, acceptance, & the incredible Chris Klein. Our students loved hearing his message and learning about his journey. #gowo #InternationalDisabilityDay2021

Yesterday I got a flat and our secretary called her husband (pastor at a local church) to come and change it for me so I could get home safely 🖤🤍 So grateful to be part of this kind and selfless community! #GoWO
