It’s not meant to out heal. It’s meant to support via healing. If the person you’re healing can’t win a fight with your support, that’s a them problem, but we not bout to sit her and let a person literally stand still and not die via heal botting. This is fine.

Like the video is 11 seconds long! If you can’t kill a Moira in 11 seconds with a pocket Mercy, that’s a YOU problem! I wouldn’t change this for the world!

I promise you the only change Mercy needs is for her Rez and Valkyrie to switch places. Go DPS or chain boost/heal every 30 seconds. Then make Rez Ult again with the same conditions it has now. Hell, take a page out of Adam Warlock’s kit and Rez them with half health.
