A new role. My first Monday as one of the Hospital Ambulance Liason Officers (HALO) for short. A total change. Working in the Emergency Department and alongside our E.D collegues to assist with crew welfare. patient flow and Ambulance turn around. Amongst many other things.

A lovely thought from a patient for the staff who attended. However. No names, no incident and no date. I never thought I would be working as a detective in my new role. I think I've figured out which crew this was intended for and will endeavour get it to them.

In a time where the service is under intense scrutiny, those response times are absolutely amazing! Both patients got prompt and effective care, including #CPR following my instructions. Immensely proud of our family in green!
