Noah and Olivia took part in the Springboard FutureChef competition at Forth Valley College Stirling on Friday and produced two fantastic dishes. Very proud of both and amazing that Olivia won with her Cajun Spiced Salmon with charred leek roasted potatoes and steamed asparagus. Wallace High School
