Two Basketball fixtures this evening both against Eastwood Academy PE, our Year 11’s falling just short against a strong, well organised side. Our Year 9’s coming out on top of a good battle, Abdul Oyewo with a MOM performance 🏀🏀

This afternoon saw our First XI bounce back from last weeks defeat to beat STM PE Department 2-1 in a closely fought game. Goals from Toby Linsell and Tolu Odubade and a solid performance in midfield from Che Lovett saw us home ⚽️⚽️

Congratulations to our Year 9 Basketball team who go unbeaten in the Essex Schools Basketball group stage. This evening was an extremely close 64-61 win against St Martin’s PE with serious basketball on display from both sides 🏀🏀

Our final fixture of 2021 saw our Year 8 Footballers face FitzWimarc PE in the last 16 of the Essex Cup! It was a fiercely competitive game with both sides having their chances, fortunately we came away with a 3-2 victory and are into the 1/4 finals ⚽️⚽️

Well done to our Year 7’s who come away victorious in a closely fought battle with a good Eastwood Academy PE team last night

Big week of Basketabll Fixtures against SHSB with our Year 10’s and 11’s putting in strong performances for their wins and Year 8’s and 9’s coming up just short in closely fought defeats 🏀🏀

Shout out to the six U19 Basketballers who battled hard in a tough game against @KEGSPEandSPORT this evening, although they came away with a narrow defeat, the boys showed great character and determination throughout 🏀 Special mention to Y11 Daniel Eze on his MOM performance 🏀

Yesterday our U14’s got our cricket season off to a good start with a convincing win in the Essex Cup! Shri Vijayakrishnan top scoring with a classy 53 and Agamjot Singh the pick of the bowlers, bowling 3 overs, taking 3 wickets and only conceding 2 runs!

Year 7’s continued their good start to the cricket season with an 11 run win in the Essex Cup! Gowtham Sanga staring with the ball, taking 4 wickets!
