I really appreciate the supportive messages and outreach. I tweeted this morning because I am EXHAUSTED by the racism in the charity sector and how many white women continue causing harm. Yes racism is a distract but my God is it painful.

In not wanting to be consumed by the racist antics from this charity it's been mistaken that we're cool. My boundaries were about protecting me and my team's energy. Not a way for WW to avoid taking accountability or to pretend to other folks that we're still cool.
