Do not RwandAir .My flight 31 Oct, WB482 from kigali to bujumbura delayed 3 times..from 2pm to 4pm to 5.45pm to 8.40pm, in one a day, no explanation no apology.Surely RwandAir has no respect for people's time OR they have no respect for the Burundi route. What a shame!
