Self-awareness is perhaps one of the biggest challenges when spinning multiple plates, attending to numerous needs of pupils, staff, parents all under the pressure of lack of time & resources. But when in under stress, becoming self-aware is 🔑 so we can regulate/avoid burnout.

I'm just in the process of defining my research question around this model for my MA dissertation... 👌🏻
