I’m not sure moving to Tesco Mobile was such a great idea - 6 separate customer service calls since the 10 Nov to try to solve 2 issues. Every call ends up being >30mins with no resolution. Two attempts to escalate - four dropped calls by Tesco Mobile staff. 😭😫🥵😡💀
