This week Cotham School held just 1 PE lesson at Stoke Lodge. Still using Golden Hill - pupils & staff say they prefer it! Gates locked 24/7 despite misleading new signs saying public can access when CS not there (ie 93% of daylight hours). Bristol City Council CS in breach of lease

Papers for Public Rights of Way & Greens Cttee show Bristol City Council Chief Exec wrote to Cotham School saying the reasonable thing to do wd be to open gates to Stoke Lodge in the 95% of time they are not using it. Cotham School leadership apparently donβt care about that.

On Nextdoor Remember the Spur of Spite? Following complaints to Bristol City Council that it was unlawful on multiple grounds - blocking a wildlife corridor, cutting through the root zones of protected trees and breaching health & safety regulations - Cotham School has removed it.
