I wanna understand how some of y’all do the caffeine because anytime I drink it even in the smallest amounts I feel sick to my stomach and on the verge of a breakdown. I accidentally just drank some and am tempted to call poison control.

Let me drink this water and calm down because we are too busy today for all of this. But I really don’t see how it’s humanly possible? When I read about that new Panera energy drink or whatever it is I got secondhand anxiety.

Let it be what it needs to be right now.

This entire half of my life is about embodying my power, joy, healing, higher purpose, and peace, versus living blocked by fear, trauma, and energetic defeat. I prayed and believed to overcome it all and did. May higher soul path always rise within, winning again and again.

The news about the lost submarine is very heartbreaking and it’s extremely weird that people are making jokes about it. The disconnect from empathy and human life that some people have is scary.

This is a disgusting act of injustice. Couldn’t even leave something for their descendants. Systems will perform/“apologize”, put on programs, create holidays etc but what they WON’T do is put money on the table even when it’s OWED to the people it was stolen and extracted from.
