75 days of this. GUH. basically 75 hard but i edited it a bit to fit my schedule, maybe ill increase the workouts and change the diet later on but that’s what i need/can work with rn 😞

this was hard and that hour long walk damn near killed me

cloudy today so i decided to do my hour walk on a treadmill, plus get the chapter of reading done at the same time. that SUCKED 😭 i had to walk wayyyy slower than i usually do so i wouldn’t trip 😭

today was. SO HARD. to get through. i really hope it gets easier 😭
