It’s a dangerous job at times! I’ll have a nice black eye soon after clashing with our camera lens when we ran to keep up with the King’s walkabout at Llandaff Cathedral. Thanks to Jack from St John Ambulance Cymru for patching me up😀

It’s now time to honour some incredible creative thinking with the Innovation Award, sponsored by Civica. This year’s winner is the brilliant Harry Ridley from Compass Group UK & I, and much deserved too! #ContractCateringAwards

Here we go again Hyundai UK breakdown number 4. Just in from town pull on drive and hey presto car dies. Random rear lights no hazards . Another day out on the back of a tow truck. Please don't promise to get it sorted again-gets tedious.

A unique event in Mid Glamorgan today. The Beating of the Bounds has taken place in Llantrisant every 7 years since the 1300s and involves 10,000 people walking the historic boundary of the town. A great team providing medical cover this afternoon 🚑

A huge thank you to everyone from across Wales who has helped us cover the Eisteddfod Genedlaethol this past week in Mid Glamorgan. 121 different people have given over 2500 hours over the last 8 days - it’s been fantastic to see you all!
