Never complain to @ASOS_HeretoHelp as all they do is refer you to another department! I have requested a hat in the colour blue for a Christmas present and TWICE I’ve received it in beige with no explanation or compensation.

When you keep being told wait 72hours to receive your order and it’s gone way beyond this time frame. When will Boots Help investigate? Currently waiting to hear their comments.....thought getting it delivered to store would be quicker. I won’t be ordering from you again! USELESS
