Why not privatise cleaning of trains by giving advertising space on coaches? "Clean them, paint them & advertise". Apart from trains looking clean, it may provide additional revenue also. Just a thought. Ministry of Railways Confederation of Indian Industry PACE India ALPLA #swatchbharat
