Dreadful Sainsbury's & Barclaycard customer service - barclaycard decline payment of my food collection - don’t tell me, so I’m there to collect at 7am - Sainsbury’s foreign call centre shut until 8am TOMORROW and Barclaycard shut until 9am today - RUBBISH customer service 😩😩

It seems Sainsbury's have closed their Scottish call centre and given British jobs away to a foreign call centre with reduced hours - I won’t be shopping at Sainsbury’s any more! 🙁

The answerphone message at 7:10 today said closed until 8am TOMORROW - you are obviously not up to date with your call centre hours. And why not contact me if payment fails ?
