Today, alongside the Mark Peter Davis, we announced the capture of a suspected serial killer who cowardly preyed on homeless individuals. During a time where violent crime is surging across the nation, homicides in Miami are down 20% this year. We’re so proud of all of our brave officers!

🚨WANTED for RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: On 2/4/22 at 10:41 PM, in front of 3 West Farms Square Plaza in the Bronx, the suspect fired a gun twice at the location. There were no injuries or property damage reported. Have any info? DM NYPD Crime Stoppers or call 800-577-TIPS.
Last week after an investigation by NYPD Housing PSA 4 FIOs jointly with NYPD 9th Precinct and NYPD 7th Precinct FIOs they were able to remove this firearm from our streets.
NYPD #BlackHistoryMonth Tour: In 1892, Patrolman Moses Cobb became one of the first Black officers in the Brooklyn Police Department & served faithfully until he retired in 1917 from the NYPD. He is honored with a plaque & a street sign at the NYPD 77th Precinct, near where he served.
