With taking a rest day on Friday, we are getting back to our Fall into Fitness Challenge! Day 5: Do some Yoga today. The RFWC has 2 classes offered today or you can do some at home!

Day 6: Walk 2 miles today! Enjoy the nice weather again!

Even nicer day today! How about for Day 7 we do a 3 mile walk!

Rainy weather calls for some indoor exercise! Day 8: Do an at-home workout or check-in at the RFWC! Be sure to send photos to verify completion! There is a T-Shirt or tumbler on the line.

Time for everyone to get in the Halloween Spirit! We ask that the students decorate their living space with Halloween decorations. It's a 2-week challenge with multiple winners. Send in your pictures of the decorations to us via DM then we will post them to be voted on!

We will post pictures periodically over the next 2 weeks and we will vote on who can come up with the best captions for the picture. Whoever has some of the best captions over the next two weeks will get a t-shirt! Here is the first picture:
