Last week, Protective Services were called to a report of a theft of a Christmas tree that occurred on campus. Officers were able to quickly determine a suspect from the CCTV in the area and were able to recover the tree the same day of the theft. #christmassaved

USaskPS is asking individuals to avoid the pedestrian overpass from Stadium Parkade to Campus. Officers are currently on scene involving a vehicle collision to the overpass. Will update when all clear. U of Saskatchewan

Police are conducting an investigation in the 1400 block of College Drive. Traffic restrictions are in place along College Drive between Clarence Avenue S. and Preston Avenue N. Members of the public are advised to find an alternate route through the area. #yxetraffic

UPDATE: The police investigation occurring in the 1400 block of College Drive has since concluded without incident. Traffic restrictions that were in place along College Drive were lifted at around 10:00 p.m. There is no continued risk to public safety. cc: U of Saskatchewan
