I thanked Mr Emrah Yoğurtçu, Deputy Director General of PTT AŞ, for #Türkiye’s hosting of this year’s Regional Strategy Roundtable for Europe. I was heartened to hear how UPU’s Emergency & Solidarity Fund helped support the post’s recovery after last year’s earthquake.
