PoTSy symptoms are common post viral & then settle, symptoms for 6/12 to diagnose as POTS. Need to rule out anything else & do NASA lean test (if not having tilt test). Even if not fitting PoTS criteria doesn’t mean making it up - OI and a level of autonomic dysfunction PoTS UK
