Great to get my #Covid_19 booster vaccination at a walk-in centre. Everything well-organised and easy. Jabbed by a volunteer who has been giving 10 hours a week since March. Thanks to her, @NHS and the many other volunteers who made it possible. Royal Voluntary Service

Delighted to do my first ever #ParkRun, with Guildford parkrun. 360 people coming together for a Saturday morning jog/race, some with dogs/pushing prams. Totally free, run by volunteers. Great fun. I even managed to finish in the top half of the field! parkrun UK
