Been waiting a year and a half for surgery which was planned for Thursday for it to now be cancelled with a possible new date of 12th July but what's the chances I'll get that date 🙈🙈

A week ago today I finally got the surgery on my legs I've been waiting on for ages, and I'm still suffering, except I'm getting pain in my stomach now too and what feels like growing pains my legs....what is wrong with me! I don't remember it being this bad the last time! 🙈

Worst service ever from trainline team! I have been waiting since 24th July for a refund and got told it would be in my account within 24 to 48 hours, yet here I am still waiting for it, just to be told "the team" will contact me within 72 hours. What a joke!
