Suggestion: Stop using the term Human Resources or HR. Use the older, and vastly better, "Personnel Dept." instead. If somebody says HR, correct them ("Humans aren't resources; do you mean Personnel?") until the term fades away. #WeAreNotResources

There isn't a customer on the planet who will be delighted when you tell them how many story points you've delivered.

One of the most undervalued qualities is pace. There's nothing better than working with people who urgently think about what comes next, and push to get there. Analysis paralysis kills good ideas.

- Microservices are hard. - Building reliable and testable microservices is a lot harder than most folks think - Effectively *testing* microservices requires a ton of tooling and foresight. - A Netflix/Uber style microservices isn't required by many (most?) orgs. - Macroservices?

*spreadsheets* are the main competitor for 90% of software startups
