Pushing through Sunday - demo and topsoil removal on new fairway bunker on #14 Wascana Country Club followed by some irrigation excavation on #14 and #15 tees.
Great Monday for our team Wascana Country Club Irrigation excavation on #14 green and #15 tee completed, began herringbone drainage on #15 green and Bob Harrington roughed in the new fairway bunker on #14. Chad Fawcett
The outline of the new 15 green Wascana Country Club is defined by the pea gravel layer installed today. Team installed herringbone drainage, exit drains and pea gravel over last two days. Rootzone installation begins tomorrow morning. Chad Fawcett
A little Saskatchewan Gumbo on the tires means it was a quiet day on site as we could not shape or move materials. Mike stayed behind and excavated irrigation trench to move us forward. Yesterday team got rootzone installed on #15 and started on gravel layer on #14 Wascana Country Club
Getting closer to finishing Capilano Greens. Slope has now been sodded with fescue, new putting green and surrounds set for sod later this week and a thumbs up as irrigation is substantially complete with the last thrust block poured on Friday. The onto finishing tees.
Spent yesterday helping the team laser grade in some new tees. New forward tee and doubling the size of the teeing area on #13 Vancouver Golf Club

Great week EdmontonCountryClub. 12” drainage mainline completed at #8 green and #7 tee and began installing drainline in front of #7 green and #8 tee. Getting as much drainage installed as the Club and Goodwin team prepare to renovate all green surfaces next year.
The Green Jacket, the Claret Jug, the Wanamaker Trophy are much sought after golf trophies….in the same realm the Golden Respirator. After 13 days of competition one first year group in Environmental Principles will be awarded the trophy for the first time Olds College of Agriculture & Technology.
