Anybody who supports the death penalty is by definition supporting a system which results in the state killing innocent people. Only somebody with no understanding of history or criminal justice could fail to understand this. And such a person has no place in politics.

According to 30p Lee, the death penalty should only apply in cases where there is video evidence offering definitive proof of someone's guilt. It's not like faking video proof of a crime is getting easier and easier, is it? This took us about 15 minutes.
