#Suicideisneverselfish for many it is the only way out of the internal pain, anguish and turmoil they live with each day. When your life hurts and there is no one there to comfort you, reassure you or stand alongside you, your life feels like a big, black hole of nothing.

When people commit #suicide they are choosing to end their internal suffering which has gone on every day for years and years. Many who die feel that no one would miss them, that they are trapped with no way out and no hope. We need to offer hope by holding out our hands.
