Could the award winning finance team work with the payroll team University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS FT to smooth out the double deductions being taken out in a single month from junior Dr colleagues pay, there is a real danger of hardship. @UHCW & many others have managed. We can (& normally do) do better*
