Incredibly frustrated with Argos, had oven and hob delivered a week ago. Hob is faulty, they have agreed to replace but being passed from pillar to post, continually told someone will be in touch but no one coming back to me! Argos #nocookerforchristmas

Apparently Argos managers don’t speak to customers, even after a week of calls to try to replace a faulty hob in time for Christmas, I am astonished. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes now and still on hold Argos someone please sort this out! Argos Helpers
