A year ago today I said good bye as co-ED at St Helens junior parkrun and ESA (North West) and moved back home to to Wales! I miss them every day, but have found new homes in wales at Pontypridd parkrun & Penallta juniors (and ESA Wales and UK offshore). parkrun UK #loveparkrun #parkrunfamily

What an amazing bank holiday weekend! Travelled by coach, plane, coach and ferry to do Inis Meain parkrun Ireland - what an experience, and would definitely do it again! 🚌 ✈️ 🚌 ⛴️ Most of islanders came out to cheer everyone on as they run around their beautiful island 🏝️

Just recovering after a fantastic weekend in London for the big one TCS London Marathon .. Bit bad for a guy that would get a sick note to skip PE! The only thing that could have made the day even better would have been for it I be cooler! Amazing day!!
