Dear nondisabled people, Understand that “going back to normal” means that disabled people will not be given the option to work or to school at home. Most likely will have to fight for accommodations even though companies have shown it’s possible to accommodate anyone.

I’m on a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion zoom that doesn’t have captions. I cannot tell you how many times this has happened to me. You’re not doing true DEI if it’s inaccessible. It’s wild how many of the so-called “professionals” and “experts” completely erase disability.
