Drug combinations can overcome therapy resistance but the number of possible combinations is vast. Today we published @nature a study using pharmacological screens in cancer cell lines and multi-omics analysis to identify effective combinations in defined molecular backgrounds.

Excited to share the amazing work of Louai Labanieh who developed a best-in-class remote controlled CAR. SNIP-CAR is a bona fide safety switch with enhanced potency. Modulating drug dose can also enable safe targeting of shared antigens. #SNIP-CAR authors.elsevier.com/sd/article/S00…

Today our paper with Mackall Lab, Jay Spiegel Stanford BMT & Cell Therapy Stanford Department of Medicine is out in Nature Medicine! We found a CAR Treg subset in CD19-CAR T cells for lymphoma. We hope that this finding will put us on a path from 40% cure to 100% cure. rdcu.be/cVqVr

Our latest work out in Cancer Cell. #CART #immunometabolism #immunosuppression Inosine induces stemness features in CAR-T cells and enhances potency sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Mackall Lab (@mackalllab) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Inosine makes CAR-T cells more stem-like and potent. It redirects their metabolism and reprograms their epigenome and transcriptome. An easy and feasible way to enhance CAR-T cell product potency at clinical scale! ✨💪🏻
