Speeding is an ongoing issue for constituents living in the Orpen Area and residents lives are frequently disrupted by people using their area as a ‘rat-run’. Hopefully, Department for Infrastructure can respond quickly with robust solutions and associated timescales.

Thanks to our local MP Claire Hanna for facilitating a virtual meeting this morning with representatives from the Department for Infrastructure to discuss the ongoing problem with traffic using Orpen as a rat run to avoid Finaghy Crossroads.
