'We want to see action on this by July.' Thank you Work & Pensions Committee for recognising this huge injustice & the urgency of delivering fair compensation to #WASPI #1950swomen who have already waited too long for redress. #WASPI Campaign
Susan Sandra Samuel Kasumu Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman Department for Work and Pensions It is important that accurate facts are broadcast and we will call it out if not. Terms like ‘Asset rich’ and ‘Many millionaires’ to describe #WASPI women is not acceptable.
Rishi Sunak you may not agree with all the characteristics of the ombudsman’s report but Work & Pensions Committee acknowledges the need to implement a system to compensate #WASPI women and calls for Mel Stride to discuss proposals committees.parliament.uk/committee/164/…

We're calling on the Government to provide compensation for women born in the 1950s affected by DWP’s failure to communicate increases in the State Pension age from 1995 onwards, following Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman report.

.Work & Pensions Committee has called on Department for Work and Pensions to bring forward a #WASPI compensation scheme before summer recess. Mel Stride to be questioned by committee on 22 May committees.parliament.uk/committee/164/…
@PHSO report made it clear to the government that #WASPI women had suffered a significant injustice, were owed compensation and that Parliament must urgently identify a mechanism for redress
Thank you Rebecca Long-Bailey for asking Rishi Sunak when will he finally do this
Woeful response from Rishi Sunak to Rebecca Long-Bailey. Nothing in Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman's report was a surprise. It was clear. Department for Work and Pensions guilty of Maladministration. Compensation should be paid. The continued evasion just heaps insult on injury for #WASPI #1950swomen #WASPI Campaign #PMQs
Thank you, Rebecca Long-Bailey. Rishi Sunak, believe me, you have NO idea of the strength of feeling from #WASPI #1950swomen . Lifelong inequality, then let down by Department for Work and Pensions Maladministration. Now insulted by our own Govt's ongoing prevarication. Own up. Pay up. #WASPI Campaign
.Rishi Sunak “not sure I agree” with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman findings on #WASPI . Shocking disregard for careful report showing clear injustice. Thanks to Rebecca Long-Bailey for question at #PMQs
Kit Malthouse MP please note the court case you referred to has nothing to do with #WASPI Campaign, two totally different campaigns which should not be compared. Time is not on the side of #WASPI women, govt. needs to #commitforfaircompensation
