Not only are they great singers with an amazing way with words, they use them well and wisely. Unlike some mentioned in #NewYearsHonours

Really pleased to see the variety of birds we've encouraged to the garden in the two months we've been here. Coal, long-tailed blue and great tits, sparrows, a couple of wrens, black birds, a snarky starling and best of all a pair of Robins #biggardenbirdwatch #bigbirdwatch

This is not something I was taught. I expect that applies to many of us in huge numbers. EuropeanPowell makes it easy to understand and easier still to see what the future holds if these freeports and SEZs take hold.

Interesting thread and worth a eesd. However, whilst I understand the potential benefits of larger hospitals with particular specialisations as an efficient measure. It doesn't consider how depriving patients from reg visits impact and slows recovery. #lonelinesskills

Rishi Sunak claimed multiple times on BBC #r4today that the voters have voted for the Rwanda Scheme many times. In reality we haven't been given a single chance to vote on it. So I will give you one here... RT, if it is expensive, hateful trash. Like, if you want it.

With a GE called for 4th July and new voter ID laws, you may need to follow the advice from Russ Jones to make sure you have ID to vote. We'll worth a read and take action if you want to have a say in the future of the UK.

Worried about potential tax increases and how you & your household may be impacted post GE2024? Take some time to review this thread and the graphs provided by Dan to learn more in detail.

If I'm not mistaken The Secret Barrister has explained similar claims such as these before. Whilst the sentiment makes a lovely soundbite, the reality is nowhere near as impactful.

I braced myself to be annoyed. I wasn't. A very balanced thread which simply cuts through a lot of the electioneering rhetoric we are currently hearing.

Not all of us are great with maths, but if you are aiming for Government I'd prefer miscalculations not to be in billions* *Or millions or hundreds of thousands really.

For those of us in the UK who've had to put up with some of the most annoying and childish drivel over the last 6 weeks, today is the day we have all been waiting for #dogsatpollingstations. I need that cuteness in my life right now.

Massive thanks to Sarah Millican for taking us away from the election linked stresses in her amazing #LateBloomer. Thanks so much for the belly laughs, and my lovely new badge 😀

Dear UK people, you need to check if you live in one of the 74 Special Economic Zones currently being installed by Starmer's changed Labour government, if you do your home, business, or land could be in line for a Compulsory Purchase Order. This has already started in Birmingham

More of these zones in Wales than I realised. Including AONB, Central Cardiff, Port Talbot, Ebbw Vale, Snowdonia..... These will be damaging across the UK, more so in areas that are known for higher poverty and a lower standard of living.

This is genuinely worrying and covers huge swathes of the UK, including much of South Wales. This isn't a 'want' to know more. This is really a 'have' to know more.
