Yet another fail from EDF 🇬🇧 You promised a call back from my escalated complaint yesterday. Surprise surprise no call back #badcustomerservice but hey what do I expect? This has only been going on for several months!

Classic fail. Address symptoms and not the cause ! EDF 🇬🇧 just cant seem to understand that sending out more In Home Displays will not fix why the Gas meter is not being picked up. Poor/weak RF signal issue! What a waste of resources/plastics and still not fixing my issue!
