Something seriously odd in the Meta Ad Library, specifically about new transparency measures introduced since #DSA. There are many ads that seem to have reached *1 person* only within the EU. Here is an example by Partij van de Arbeid/GroenLinks but there are many such cases.
Happy that this paper is out. Always a pleasure to co-author with Brahim Zarouali. We found further support for the persuasive potential of personality-based targeting.
