HE Wavel Ramkalawan, President of #Seychelles delivered a stirring speech at ⁦UN Ocean Decade⁩ conference opening today. Seychelles actually walks the SDG14 talk, having ratified BBNJ, protected over 30% of its waters, and imbued ocean literacy into its society and schools.
