First journey on an London North Eastern Railway Azuma. Quiet, smooth, good air con, bright and airy. Seat res displays very clear. BUT, and a big BUT, these seats. OMG! So so so uncomfy. Absolutely rock hard, no padding & very strange shaped painful back rest 😖Can't cope with these for long journeys.
