#BEESphoto @BPSNUIGalway Earth & Ocean Sciences iCRAG Centre Teagasc Ag Catchments Bog hydrology with a twist - bog is c.4500 years old & has been drowned by the sea. Bedrock is c.410 million year old Galway Granite. Tree stumps the remnant of the post glacial forest. Spiddal.
