Another really interesting, practical & enjoyable day with Depts of Land & Lab Science SETU Waterford final years at the Teagasc Teagasc Ag Catchments catchment in Wexford. Thanks to Eddie, Mark, Bridget & James. We even saw the sunshine!
The Environment Soils and Land Use Dept are hiring a permanent field technician, a panel will be formed from which Teagasc Ag Catchments will recruit a number of contract field technicians, closing next week March 19th!

A tale of two catchments - one had three times higher annual P loss than the other (1.04 v 0.34). To reduce such losses it's necessary to account for differences in hydrological function so measures can then be targeted more effectively. More info at onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.10…
