Very, very hard to try to comprehend this. Also the only Canadian athlete in the minority currently qualified for World Athletics Championships Oregon22 that is left out. (Un?)Fortunately I’m getting pretty good at overcoming rediculous setbacks, but this stings.

I'm hearing that Canada's first sub-4 miler and distinguished research doctor, Dr. David Bailey, has passed away. A cornerstone of both the running and medical communities late into his life, he'll be missed by many. Take some time to read about him here: inside.lhsc.on.ca/article/summer…
