He took it back as it was offered. Closing his eyes he just stands there. Usually Jay is the loud one afterall

He rose a brow, gently taking it before lighting his joint with it. He offered the lighter back after a moment. He then offered the joint

Speaking of Jay- Wonder where he is-

He waves his hand no to the beer offer, he does however take the joint back and lean against the nearby wall. Scanning the area for a moment before looking towards him. Putting the joint in his lips he signs at him [Can you understand me?]

He smiled a little. Signing at him once more [I can still hear you. I just don't talk much]

[Nice to meet you, Names Bob] Extending his hand, using his other to gently take the joint out of his lips.

Shaking his hand a little before looking back to the passers by. He just liked to people watch sometimes. Especially when Jay wasn't around.
