We get thoroughly fed up wth companies like Uber Boat by Thames Clippers not providing phone number for customers who need it. Many #disabled customers need to phone instead of email or forms. When made aware of this need they say “please email” Don’t these co’s read! AEG #diversity

The approach to #neurodiversity support at Barclays UK is a like saying to someone in a wheelchair facing steps at a branch. Come in we have loads of different ramps inside you can use to… er… get into the branch. You have to use the service you can’t use to get the adjustment.
