We developed a great deal of the score of Miss Mitchell during our workshop in Nantucket with White Heron Theatre tracing the Mitchell sisters’ journey on the island they grew up on. We can’t wait to share with you this September!

When we wrote our latest single, "Island Girls," the lyrics were inspired by a poem found in a journal kept by Eliza Brock, wife of Peter C. Brock, master of the Nantucket ship Lexington on a whaling voyage from May 1853 to June 1856.

Yesterday we shared our inspiration for "Island Girls." Here's a clip from the first time we played it out for an audience during our @whiteherontheatre workshop in 2021. Book your tickets to our LittleIslandNYC show in September to catch the rest!
