My biggest DMing weakness (imo) is that I love creating detailed NPCs. I enjoy weaving them into the world with detailed histories, relationships, motivations, and personalities. I spend way too much time on it. But it's so damn enjoyable I don't plan on stopping.

Just watched Honor Among Thieves with the family and I’m shocked this movie didn’t do better. It’s incredibly entertaining. I wonder if it would have done better without the D&D branding.

It's interesting to me, reading the comments about Honor Among Thieves, that the Twitter D&D crowd seems to believe we're a much larger and more influential group than we actually are. There's a whole world out there that has no clue what the hell we're about, nor do they care.
