Today Avis Car Rental totally screwed me over and I couldn't attend the Drs apt that I rented the car for. I prepaid for the full rental and they didn't even refund me and I have to chase customer service to get money back for a service that wasn't provide - and a whole day ruined

I'm also out of pocket for 2 uber trips because of Avis Car Rental and had to drag my luggage down the street when I have a high-risk pregnancy. Not how I wanted to make that announcement. Avis knew though and didn't help
