Denise boosts Fact To File as expected! Shes already got Kopek Des Bordes, Lulamba and Majborough beat this week! The odds on me getting a takeaway tonight are 1/40. She could boost it to 5/2 and I sware to god I’d find myself subconsciously making a salad! 🐎🔥🔥🔥😂

I am not sure I agree with Willie Mullins… as long as the ground is safe which you evidently is, there should be no obligation to make it suit those that like a bit of cut. Let’s be honest it’s unusual but it adds a different edge and gives different horses a chance

I cannot either have Irish fans complaining about the British handicapper - when we used to accept the irish marks without question, the boot was on the other foot…. neither can i take those that complain about horses being hidden… it’s the premise of the pertemps basically… i

Shout out to those folks doing the full #Cheltenham week… I’ve been there, I’ve done it… It’s hard by the end. You don’t want to see a horse again even if someone has given you you the nap for the Midland national

Interesting example of enormous self-righteousness posing as humility. Implicit in what he says here is that his conscience is so magnificent & refined that his own mental scrutiny of his actions is superior to any concrete, external mechanisms of accountability.

It’s that time of year where I am hoping some of my other racing fan connections will give me an idea of golfers to back in the Masters

A sensational game in Paris: it's been played like the last few minutes of a World Cup final from the start. It's being dominated by the attackers in a way that makes it feel like it belongs to another era (a good era)

National Hunt Jockey Paul Townend has to be in the conversation for Sports Personality of the Year. He’s won the Champion Hurdle, Champion Chase and Gold Cup at both Cheltenham and Punchestown, plus the Aintree Grand National. Relentless consistency. At the top of his sport.

Someone just got chucked out of the 33rd frame of a Crucible semi-final for shouting 'Never forget the Epstein Files' while 22-year-old Chinese player Wu Yize was at the table. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?

Wu who seems to speak no English must be incredibly confused when his translator tries to explain the reason for the interruption
