What I have learnt over the period of time is that successful surgical outcomes especially in Pediatric Cardiac cases, essentially depends on Team building.

I think, the best part of my profession, when I safely handover the kid back to their family after a tough, hectic and a very complicated congenital heart surgery and they go home with a smile. (Consent was taken for this picture)

A gentle step into old times

I had the opportunity to spend a few days in the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Department at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust ,London. It was a truly enriching experience interacting with Dr. Martin Kostolny, Dr. Branko, Dr. Mario Fittipaldi, Dr Nabil.

Inalilah.... I lost my father, Dr Hussain Babar, my pillar, my mentor, and my greatest source of strength. A guide who shaped my values, my character, and my path in life. Please remember him in your prayers.
