The new Shorash-Hetit Hospital will serve more than 250,000 citizens in the Amedi area. It has a 100-bed capacity with a $43 million investment. Despite all attempts to slow our progress, this is yet another promise we have delivered for our people.

The Qushtapa Water Project is completed a year ahead of schedule with a $170 million investment. It will provide clean water for over 240,000 citizens and solve water shortage issues in the area for the next 30 years. We made a promise and we kept it.

Today, we inaugurated a $600m pipeline delivering gas to power plants. Progress looks better in the long view: In this cabinet, we built new pipelines, doubled gas production, and brought 24-hour electricity to 4+ million people — a win for citizens, investors and the economy.
